L-O-V-E

This video was created as a piece of a statewide campaign to promote organ, tissue, and cell donation in Virginia. The campaign — Virginia is for Organ Donation <3 — was a nod to the oldest and second most nationally recognized state slogan “Virginia os for lovers”. We picked Nat Kings Coles classic song “L-O-V-E” to help carry this message and used the song to drive the cadence of our story.

Rhythm, cadence, pattern

This video kicked-off at a fundraiser gala so we had a captive audience for the initial output. Because we wanted to take advantage of the whole iconic song scoring our story over the existing song structure in a way that made sense was key. Below are examples of how that was presented and eventually realized.
